By clicking "I Accept" below, you agree that any creative idea, suggestion, article or other written material that you send to InthePowderRoom.com ("Submission") will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality by InthePowderRoom.com, PRG Media, Inc. or its staff or consultants, and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. It is likely that we have received a similar submission in the past or have considered similar ideas internally.
In the event that we accept your Submission, for which you may be compensated in accordance with our then-in-effect, standard payment policies, we will exclusively and solely own all rights, now known or hereinafter invented, to the Submission worldwide, in perpetuity and will be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose, without additional compensation to you, the provider of the Submission. Additionally, you agree to allow InthePowderRoom.com to use your screen name and likeness and or avatar in connection with the submission at InthePowderRoom.com's sole discretion. You represents that all Submissions are wholly original to you, have been created exclusively for InthePowderRoom.com, do not violate the rights of any third-parties, and that nothing contained in the Submission can be considered offensive or obscene.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, once your Submission has been published on InthePowderRoom.com for a period of not less than 90 days, we grant to you an non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to republish the Submission on a website(s) or blog(s) owned and controlled by you so long as you credit InthePowderRoom.com by name and with a link to the article on our site and note InthePowderRoom.com as the original publisher of the Submission. If you would like to republish the piece elsewhere, please contact us directly with your request at submissions@inthepowderroom.com. More often than not, we will gladly grant your request with similar restrictions indicated above.
