When you as a user submit “Content” (which includes all forms of posts, comments, replies, pictures, sound, etc.) to PRG, you represent that you are (i) the author and the content is wholly original, or (ii) that you have a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any worldwide intellectual property right that may exist in such Content.
By submitting Content, which shall include your username, to any "public area" of the PRG Website, you grant PRG a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the Content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any worldwide intellectual property right that may exist in such Content. You also warrant that the holder of any worldwide intellectual property right, including moral rights in such Content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above.
Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, by submitting Content to any forums, comments or any other area on the PRG Website you hereby expressly permit PRG to identify you by your username (which may be a pseudonym) as the contributor of such Content in any publication in any form, media or technology now known or later developed in connection with the Content, unless you otherwise notify us in writing prior to the submission that you do not wish to be identified.
Submission of Articles

The sole limitations on PRG’s exclusivity in the article are that you may (i) publish the Article on your own Blog, website or other digital medium in which you are the majority owner 90 days from its original publication date on the PRG Website, or (ii) republish the Article strictly for promotional purposes only on third-party websites, blogs and other forms of digital media, in whole or in part. In either case of republication, you must include an obvious and prominent link to the original publication of the Article on the ITPR website. If for any reason, you are remunerated for the republishing of the Article, you will notify ITPR immediately and ITPR will decide, in its sole discretion, whether the remuneration should be paid directly to ITPR in accordance with its semi-exclusive license.
